Sandonà + Bettini
Dialogue between different languages and cultures is central to the design approach of Stefano Sandonà and Sabrina Bettini. Their work draws on contemporary culture, graphics, the digital world and movement, with inspiration from travel, architecture and landscape translated into fluid, colorful and sensory objects.
Stefano Sandonà was born in Padua in 1974 and trained in the arts. His work combines aesthetics, innovation and function in enduring product designs. Sabrina Bettini, born in São Paulo in 1978, studied architecture at FAU Mackenzie and IUAV in Venice and developed practical experience in architecture firms and construction companies in Brazil and Italy.
Partners in life and work, they founded Sandonà Design in Italy in 2006; the studio became SandonàBettini in 2021. Their practice ranges from industrial design and product consulting to exhibition architecture, with a particular focus on furniture.
