URBANTIME PICNIC TABLES - REVIT 2024
Prepared November 4, 2026

FILES
Urbantime_Liberty_080_Picnic_Table.rfa
Liberty 080 standard picnic assembly, including the umbrella geometry
present in the supplied PICNIC.080.stp model.

Urbantime_Sempreverde_040_Picnic_Table.rfa
Standard Sempreverde picnic table with four curved seating sections.
Source: ___TAVOLO PICNIC SV.dwg from TAVOLO-PICNIC-SV.zip.

Urbantime_Picnic_ADA.rfa
Accessible-opening model from the supplied ___Picnic ADA.stp file.
Collection identity remains unconfirmed. The local reference documents
label it Sempreverde, while Liberty has also been suggested. Its filename
is deliberately neutral; confirm the product identity before relabeling.
The ADA name follows the source filename and is not a compliance certification.

USE
In Revit 2024 or later, choose Insert > Load Family, select an RFA,
then place it with Architecture > Component. Category: Furniture.
These are fixed-size families containing imported manufacturer CAD geometry.
Their dimensions are not controlled by native Revit size parameters.
The geometry is embedded; the original CAD files are not needed for placement.

CHECKS
All three families were saved in Autodesk Revit 2024.3, loaded into a fresh
project, and placed as separate Furniture instances. Plan/elevation and
isometric views were inspected. The standard Sempreverde feet align with
Ref. Level; both STEP models were translated to centered XY bounds with
their lowest geometry at Z=0 before import. Geometry scale was retained.

The earlier Liberty file ending in _REVIEW.rfa is an obsolete DWG-import
draft and is intentionally excluded from this package.
