URBANTIME VENTIQUATTRORE.H24 - REVIT 2024
Prepared November 4, 2026

CONTENTS
33 separate Revit Furniture families covering the supplied manufacturer source
configurations: benches and armrest variants, single and double seating, cube
seat and stool, chaise longue, swing, tables, picnic assemblies, Miami shade,
planters, litter bins and three connecting brackets.
See Ventiquattrore_Product_List.csv for the exact files and source envelopes.

USE
Extract this ZIP, then in Revit 2024 or later choose Insert > Load Family.
Select the RFA files needed for the project. Place with Architecture > Component.
Each family is fixed-size embedded manufacturer mesh geometry in millimetres,
centered in XY with the lowest geometry at Z=0. No source CAD files are needed.
The models do not have native Revit size, material or finish options. Neutral
CAD appearance is retained; specify the finish separately. Mesh edges may be
visible in line views. Rotate instances as needed for the project.

CONFIGURATION NOTES
Benches with different armrest arrangements are separate files. Connecting
brackets AG10, AG20 and AG30 are standalone supplied plate models; table/bench
assemblies are also included. Avoid double-counting an assembly and its parts.
Picnic_Table_Miami_Shade includes the picnic furniture, frame and canopy found
in the supplied UT24VL10FXX source. Picnic_Miami_Sunshade is the alternate
picnic-and-shade source assembly (about 2991 x 3798 x 2238 mm overall); its
Y-up coordinates were rotated upright for Revit. Confirm which manufacturer
configuration is required before specifying either shaded assembly.
Names describe source geometry; XX references in the source files are not
orderable finish-specific article numbers. Confirm the current article and
configuration with Urbantime USA when specifying.

COVERAGE
This package covers all 33 STEP model configurations in the supplied local
Ventiquattrore source folder. It does not claim every catalog SKU or finish.
Separate pillow, individual armrest parts, ADA bracket variants and other
configurations without a supplied model have not been invented. These models
do not certify ADA compliance or replace installation/engineering documents.

CHECKS
Every RFA was saved and reopened in Revit 2024.3, loaded into a separate test
project and placed as a Furniture instance. The placed geometry envelopes
were checked against the prepared source dimensions within 2 mm. Geometry
and orientation were visually reviewed in the Revit collection view.
